Eskwelabs launched the Education Innovation Fellowship (EIF) in 2023 to scout for individuals who believed in our mission of equipping people to succeed in the future of work. We designed an internship for them, for multi-talent impact professionals.
2024 became our reflection year for the Fellowship, studying areas for improvement, exploring strengths that could be enhanced, all while partnering these retro notes with our 2025 plans.
This is an internship program that scouts individuals with potential talent who believe in our mission of equipping people for the future of work. We welcome all courses and backgrounds, and through this, you are taught different upskilling skills and knowledge, as well as gaining opportunities to experience and learn more with Eskwelabs' help and guidance. In that sense, this is a potential stepping stone and gateway to the next part of your journey, whether it’s within or outside of Eskwelabs.

Eskwelabs Innovation Fellowship Intern
The calendar contains the meetings you will be attending, and you will be able to nurture and develop various skills via learning by doing with your participation and on the projects you get deployed on.
There will also be Learning Circles where you are required to attend, which will teach you more skills and knowledge, depending on the topic, from accomplished figures in the Eskwelabs Community.
Eskwelabs HR and Management Systems will assess your application, interview response, interest, strengths and weaknesses, in order to match you with the best possible project for you. Your EIF Lead will also assign you projects and tasks, depending on the requirements that will complete your internship.
You will be introduced to your EIF Lead on Orientation day. You will receive your project a few days after the Orientation day.
First person that will manage you is yourself. We are looking for professional interns, whether you are currently in university, a fresh grad, or are in the workforce. We are all adults and we treat each other as teammates.
Second person is your Eskwelabs EIF lead, they are the person you will be directly reporting to.
Third person is the Project lead, the one who will assign you your projects.
Fourth person is the Internship Director.

Yes.
Your certificate will be tied to two core requirements, which include:
1. Submitted Outputs (Assigned Projects and Tasks)

Depending on your performance in the internship, Eskwelabs will be happy to write you a recommendation letter.
