Education Innovation Fellowship

Eskwelabs launched the Education Innovation Fellowship (EIF) in 2023 to scout for individuals who believed in our mission of equipping people to succeed in the future of work. We designed an internship for them, for multi-talent impact professionals.

2024 became our reflection year for the Fellowship, studying areas for improvement, exploring strengths that could be enhanced, all while partnering these retro notes with our 2025 plans.

Testimonials from the first four cohorts in 2023

We believe in you

“Thank you Eskwelabs for being the first company that believed in me as an intern! The experience and support I received here have been beyond incredible. I'm amazed at how Eskwelabs helped me grow emotionally, socially, intellectually, professionally and even in tech! It's been an awesome journey, and I'm truly grateful to be part of such a positive and impactful workplace!”

We support your growth

“Thank you so much for this opportunity as an EIF. This program really helped me broaden my knowledge and allowed me to gain a lot of soft and hard skills. These 3 months were really worth it because it made me see a lot of different perspectives and helped me see the importance of people-first mentality, growth mindset, and empathy. The whole Eswelabs team made me feel supported too which helped me grow even further.”

We provide care in your journey

“I hope that Eskwelabs continues to be the future of learning not just in Data but in everything it represents. The next fellows will come to understand what it means to be a real member of the team, if Eskwelabs continues to provide the same support and guidance it did during my own Cohort.”
